I’ll never forget an older musician buddy I looked up to handing me his headphones and playing me “Unravel” after a show. This was an amazing time for music. The opening for Hunter was love at first listen.
Mark Bell deserves a lot of credit too. If you like well crafted soundscapes that elevate already awesome compositions, you are in for a treat. There’s an darker edge to this record that’s really special imo.

This album is an ideal illustration of what music should be; an expression of one’s views and a totally immersive experience into someone as an artist. You should feel a connection to the music and to the artist, and Björk does this perfectly! I think this album is beautiful and every single song on this album is a soundscape of emotion and is just a artful masterpiece on its own. My favorite album of all time!
